Okay well im not sure if its stable enough for production enviroment, are any of you using it as your main board?
Im also wondering if I can install it for testing purposes as long as I use .htacess and disable registrations?

1). If you don't mind installing updates as they are released and dealing with possible bugs, you can use it in a production environment.
2). You are permitted under the license agreement to have a test board installed for development and basic testing. Simply password protect the directory and do not allow public access :).

Depends on how important your board is, but like SaintDog said, you'll have lots of updates and template reverts which will be time consuming and redundant after a point.
I'll never use a beta or even RC on a live test board again :) But lots of people do it without problems :)

I upgraded mine. It's great. But you won't have a CMPS. And some bugs.
