How do I :: Forum Index

I've searched everywhere for this hack, maybe I am not searching for the right search words? I'm trying to make my forum index look like the forum index of this site. Category/Forum sections seperated, like in the attatched image.

I hope I'm making sense ^^;;; And I hope that somebody can help me, thanks in advance~ XD
