What products, plugins, and hacks help you the most?

Just wondering as newbie to all of this I have installed a few things here and there very cautiously. So far I like what I am seeing.

I was wondering what are some of the favorites of other admins and coders? What has helped you the most? What has been the coolest mod to your forum? What makes you more productive?

I use the "Welcome Headers" plugin, the "Real-time Page Compressor", and "GARS Lite". I also use CMPS by vbAdvanced.

Everything else I've coded myself, including "Invitation Footer with Search Engine Results", available here, and several others which I have not released.

What has made me the most productive is a system I wrote to use the forum as a project management/time tracking/invoicing system.
