Cannot import Product , please help

I'm trying to import hack name " Allow Usergroups to post HTML" but failed. A month ago, i could do it. I already enabled the "plugin and hook" system. All i got when importing a new product is this picture ( even thought after 10 minutes, my vbulletin cannot import it).

Which vB Version?

Did you set 'allow over write?' to YES?

Is it a fresh download of the files or an old copy?

Please provide as much information as possible.
