What this does
Allows you to add a announcemnt to The forum home.
To do list...
Time to install: Time it takes you to import a product.
New Templates: 1
Template Edits: 0 (1 if you had v1.0 installed)
New Files: 0
New Phrases: 9
New Plugins: 11. Import product-nicks_homeannoncement345.xml
ONLY DO THIS STEP IF YOU HAD VERSION 1.0 ISNTALLED
2. In template FORUMHOME:
FIND
$nick_annouceAND REMOVE

Please re download and re import if you had a db error i did not appreciate the amount of changes that had happened in vb 3.6 loads more options added.

well, unitedpunjab hadn't downloaded the most recent version so his didn't work. He then installed the latest and it worked fine. Please check if you have the latest version. What version of vB do you have?

It's got different functions like being able to change the title. Plus it has a neater table :p

I have a question I need to fix, I forgot how to do it, its been a while..
Problem is nick_announce is not a cached template..
How do I make it a cached template..

I would like to make it so visitors/users not logged in do not see the announcement. Is there a conditional I can add to accomplish this?
