How to split database file

Hi,
I'm switching my forum's host, which means i have to transfer my database also. However, my database file is 14MB while the upload tool in my new host's phpAdmin database only allows file no bigger than 8MB.

I contacted my host supporter and they said I have a split my database file to upload it. They told me to contact web coding developer to get infos how to split it. Please help, thanks
