This small PlugIn will give you the option to remove all Comments you put in your Templates before the HTML-Code gets spit out to the Client's Browser.
You can activate or deactivate this Feature via AdminCP (vBulletin Settings -> General Settings) and even allow Usergroups to view those Comments anyway (like for Developer, Styler, Admins ect.)
In Addition you are able to activate the removal of blank Lines in the HTML-Output, this makes the Code more clean after removing the Comments ;)
Just import the Product and adjust the Settings the way you need it
Don't forget to click INSTALL (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/vborg_miscactions.php?do=installhack&threadid=117790) if you use this ;)
Bugs:
none found yet
Planned feature:
1) remove //-Comments from JavaScript

I like the idea of your mod. :)
Do you know if this conflicts in any way with this mod (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=106333)?

It's a simple search/replace, doubtful they'll be a conflict with anything of a similar nature.
One thing to remember is that some mods (e.g. visitors in the last 24 hours) insert their data into the template using the comments to find their position.
In other words, using this hack may stop others from displaying their output.

It will make the HTML file they download smaller, which will speed things up for them a bit.

3.6 will let you choose what order plugins run in. Pretty sure 3.5.* doesn't.
And yes MZP, running it last will do the trick, good thinking :)

Yes, vBulletin 3.6 will have an option to setup the order of execution for plugins within the same hook - meanwhile for vBulletin 3.5.x you have to use this Hack (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=111679) if there are more plugins within the hook my HTMLmodifier uses :)

I just released a version for vBulletin 3.6.0 which automatically makes sure the PlugIns are executed at least :)
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=121872
This will disable many hacks and definately about 60 % of mine :)
