Members Don't Activate Their Emails?

Does anyone have this problem or any suggestions to get the new members to activate their email? I also have some ppl that can't figure out how.. or don't pay attention when they are signing up .. to activate their accounts. It is pretty easy.. lol.. but still ppl are struggling with it.. Any advice?

Spam filters are the biggest problem. Feel free to use any of this if ya think it will help.
