In all honesty looks a little messy at the moment. Whilst you have got a consistant color scheme throughout, which works well together, the current forum logo looks a little childish, and won't really appeal to your general target audience, whom judging by your forum choices appear to be slightly more older and refined.

Also the use of a 3D border might work well in small doses, but the excessive use you have implemented here makes the skin look cluttered and inaccessible. Don't be afraid to make use of the hover attribute either :)

I actually like the logo a lot for some reason. However, i think your site would look a lot better with a matching/more appealing skin.

I like your style, the blues go well together, although I'm not struck on the black background. Your logo doesn't who very well on the black background either.

I'd check your google TOS as I'm pretty sure that you can't have three adsense blocks plus the search box all on the same page.

You seem to be off to a good start. I notice that cscgal is a co-admin, so you're in good hands :)
