Attachement bbcode or something like this

I would like to give the user the ability to place uploaded attachements everywhere in the post ..

For example: You upload the attachement which returns an id ...

Example: "You have succefully uploaded attachement ID200" which can be used then like

[attachement=200]

Or something like this ..
