Hello,

Does somebody know if there is some profesional bloger available (can be for payment also), that can merge with vB users table.

Thanks

vB journal is not complete option, as advanced blogers have many more futures.

What features do you require?

Thanks,
Alan.

I've been working on one the past few months, but it won't be ready until the fall. If anyone wants more info feel free to PM me. I won't go into any detail due to the rules put into place here.

The only other blogs I've seen are:
-vbJournal
-Drupal Bridge (not sure if this falls under what you want)
-Wordpress Bridge (pretty much based on the above thread)
-Danny's vBSpace which supposedly has been commercialized/cancelled/something else

We need standard blog feautures:

- blog calendar is shown on blogs
- users moderate their blogs and have full control
- users have their menu links and archive links...
- users can manage their own templates-themes (header, footer, background, style, colours, fonts...)
- and some other small issues

As I was able to test there is no any feauture of this in vB journal so I removed it from our system.

We can affort some money to spend on this, as our site is some sort of income, that's why we also looked for some "out of the box" application, but weren't find any, that would merge with vB. This is important, as on our portal for example, already now users need double registration (one for forum and one for shop-catalog system) and realy wouldn't push them to triple registration.

Invision have however payment blog module.

This is correct - under development.

Some other "under development" module like vb-myspace or something, is "under development" more than 1 year, and even not alfa or beta stage.

We waited long enough and want to have final stable application, even if it is commercial, just to work well.
