Newsletter Hacks?

Hi,

I was just wondering if there were any hacks or something that would allow my members to sign up for a newsletter? It can be a weekly or monthly. It would need areas for them to fill in their username, email and whichever newsletter they want.
I have 3.54 and also have CMPS as my main page.
