forum permissions question...

does anyone know how to set permissions for a forum so that Registered user group can edit ANY thread or post? (someone else's post)

I could only find permission so that people could edit their own post but not others. I do NOT want to upgrade them to admin...

cause I want this to only work for ONE specific forum. or do you know another way? (I want to apply this one specific forum, so it will act as an unofficial wiki.)
