Sotw system

Hey all,

I have been looking for a 'Sig Of The Week' system. The sotw is a weekly contest where people can submit signatures/tags. At the end of the week people vote on the best signature.

I have a sotw system ready in php files! It just needs to be converted to vbulletin coding. Anyone up for helping me?
