Importing Users and Posts

I have a pretty large site www.boardingscene.com...

And I would like start fresh. However I would like to keep the members and posts.. and such.

How could I go about doing this?

Best way to go about doing this is to use impex, so you can import the board/users/posts without the extra hacks or anything into a fresh install. You can obtain impex by visiting the member's area at vBulletin.com

I installed impex on my new board at www.boardingscene.com/vb but when I try to login it says sucessfull, yet it takes me back to the login. I tried in both firefox and IE as well as cleared my cookies.

Any clue what could be wrong?
