I wanted to post this here for everyone to see. I had a issue that I posted for some help on over at vb.com and peterska2 (Kerry-Anne) responded promptly. Now I was only expecting some advice, but she actually fixed the problem for me! This is the sort of generous act that has been talked about being missing here at the org in numerous threads recently and I just want to say:

Thank you sooo much! I hope I'm able to return the favor one day!

And to the vb.org staff...big kudo's for making Kerry-Anne staff here...it's members like her that will help turn this site around :)
