<td class="tcat" colspan="<if condition="$vboptions[showmoderatorcolumn]">6<else />5</if>">

Replace with:

<td class="tcat" colspan="<if condition="$vboptions[showmoderatorcolumn]">6<else />5</if>" align="center">
