Hey guys. what's the status on sitemaps?

is there a fix for 'the latest visitors in the past 24 hours' plugin as well, so the URLs work properly? Thanks!

Until Juan and his team (vbSEO) give the okay, the sitemap addition won't exist -- sorry :(. We've been waiting nearly 2 months for a response from them. Maybe we need a bigger psuh?

Load up your 'forumhome_start' plugin (/admincp/plugin.php) -
search for:
STEP 1

$totaltoday = 0;

BELOW THAT....ADD

global $vRewrite_user;

=-================================================== ======
STEP 2
In the same plugin, search for...

$totaltoday += 1;

BELOW THAT....ADD

$vRewrite_user[$today['userid']] = $today['username'];

I made those changes, but now everything in that lower area prints out like this:

/j-4.html/

or LETTER-####.html, instead of how memberlist.php displays all the URLs. thoughts?

Joe,

I've responded to Juan that same day. Several days later I try once again via vB.org. And finally I tried through vBSEO's forums. He originally sent it on the 27th of April, which on Saturday marks one month since I have not heard anything in return.

Please forward me a copy of the last correspondance you sent, and I'll check into it. FYI We've been swamped with getting vBSEO 3.0 ready for release. Fortunately, we're testing it live right now on our own forum - so (once the release is finished) it's time to do some housekeeping regarding missed emails & PMs, etc. Apologies for the inconvenience.

The last two PMs were useless as I had just asked for any updates. I went ahead and forwarded my actual response to the PM. And no worries at all :)

Since there hasn't been any updates....does anyone have a working Sitemap for the regular URLs? I don't have one that updates regularly or works at all...any help would be great please. thanks.

As long as you have one that direct links to the threads themselves, vrewrite will 301 the request - engines should take it from there.

I'm sorry for this bump, but making this modification the url is:

u-b-11.html/

where b is the first letter of the username.
No way to make u-completeusername-11.html?

Thanks :)
