Looking for this particular mod

From what I can tell so far, vBulletin doesn't have a "warning" system in place.. it's either all or ban. I was wondering if someone could tell me what mod this is : http://www.webhostingtalk.com/Warn.php?do=ViewMyWarnings

I'd really like to intergrate something similar onto my forums...

There are a couple of different warning mods, which you can find by searching the release forums for warning :)
