I think it lists the posts by certian forum members.

It finds certain posts by certain usergroups in certain forums.

It is very useful to see what posts a dev has made recently to 'catch up' on what's going on and also is only in certain forums so they aren't tracked for 'junk' or 'fun' posts.

Yes, this mod already exists. I ended up paying for it as a custom mod. It's currently in use here.
