hi i have a problem which i noticed recently some of my memebers in my forum are not in the members list i dont know why?

You probably have it set not to show users who don't have at least x amount of posts. It can be found in the vBulletion Options Section of the ACP.

Or it could be a usergroup set not to show on the members list which will be found in the appropraite usergroups usergroup manager page.
