I'm thinking to hire someone to do this for me .. but i need to add some feature that come in my mind..

I have like 300 Forum i need to cut some of them and make them in saparate page ..

my forum url is example : site.com/boards/

i need the url is : site.com/offtopic.php

and a list of forum will show .. if user going to browes the forum the url going to be example

offtopic.php?show=1
to view the topic
offtopic.php?threadid=1

can this be done .. ? and if yes is there any problem going to happen by use that way ?
