New Tournament PM/Mail-Notification

Is the arcade suppose to send out pm's when a new tournament is created? or just to the members that have signed up for that tournament when it's ready to play? If it is suppose to send out pm's when a new tournament is created, I don't think it works.

Thats what I thought the description is confusing in the admincp.

In predefined Tournaments created via AdminCP it sends out PM to all participants, while Tournaments created via Adcade ModCP do not send PM...

I started a tournament from the Arcade ModCP screen, and it sent a PM when the tourney was full. :)

In Arcade ModCP you can only create Tournaments with predefined Participants *wondering*

I meant I created the tournament from the arcade main site, "Information about Tournaments in the Arcade" box -> "Create a New Tournament"

I just started a tournament from Arace ModCP, and it did send a PM! ;) I added the players manually myself.
