Need to block a referrer.

I've tried a couple methods with trying to block this referring site, tried a method in .htaccess and it didnt work

here is the site in question:http://leghumper.com/downloads/SIB-MF_2-0.htm

its killing my bandwidth, and downloading all my attachments even though they are outside the web root.

Did you try this in your .htaccess

RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} leghumper\.com [NC]
RewriteRule .* - [F]

I use above for several sites and it directs to a 403 forbidden . :cool:
