Members List - Drop down Box

Is there a way to add a drop down box for the members list where I can add links so people can search our user groups?

I have a gaming community and have the members sorted by user groups. So I have Recruit Officers, Americas Army Members, BF2 Members, Recruits etc...

I would like a way that is easy for people to see who all play the same game.
