What's going on here?

Some coder are unhappy and leave and now the admins are unhappy and leave. What's going wrong here?
I'm not a coder but from my viewing point as a owner of a vbulletin forum with a lot of hacks integrated the most important thing in this forum:
Treat the coder good, deserve them with respect and have an open ear for their wishes to improve this forum.
They spend a lot time for coding, they make it (most) for free and keep this forum alive.
