Hi all, recently discovered vB and I was amazed by it. At the moment I am running a Php-Nuke site but it's itching that the site is not on vB. There are a few things that hold me back on doing it, considering the following:

Theme:
-The theme I have on Nuke (phpbb)
Content:
-Way the news is posted on the main page (small, I hate huge threads on the main page)
-127 arcade games
-UserDbase
-Posted threads
Modules:
-Is there an artist profile hack/module for vB? showing Discografia etc, preferably for DJ's (since I converted garagemod of nuke to a DJ profile module (70% done) do not really want to do this all over again, I am not a real code wiz.
-Is there a way to integrate my radio stream into vB? Like it is on the site now?

I spent a lot of time on my Nuke-Theme I created it myself, I really need it to go on vB if possible. Since I made it I still have all .psd's would this be an easy task? Or is someone that skilled they can do it for me? (For a financial reward)

Can someone point me in a proper direction? On converting my site: http://hard.fm into vB...

Thank you.

Lqd.

Im sure there is something about converting from phpbb to vbulletin at www.vbulletin.com .But most of your phpnuke stuff will not port over, your reviews, news etc..With a portal such as vbadvanced you can have the news how you like, and any content like html, flash or streaming music...as for the discografia i dont think so..But im sure if you put in a request for such a hack someone will maybe know of something...Best thing i ever did was change form phpnuke to vbulletin....Less hassle, less security risks and more professional in the long run...

Thank you for your answer. I will post a request, but most likely will create it myself then. Shame all the work invested in Nuke will go, but then again Phpbb and it's hourly updates drive me totally nuts since I have a highy customized board. Each update something gets fixed and 2 things break down, it's like a never ending error.

The theme is easly to converts?

The style manager is easy to use, so it shouldn't be too difficult to convert a style from php-nuke to vB, although it may take you a while till you get to grips with the style manager system.

I bought vB a couple hours ago, the stylemanager left me very little to do then paste some html and change some css to get the FULL skin I was using on my Nuke site. And this in less then 10min....

There is only 1 thing wrong with the whole vB thing......I discovered it too late...

Thanks for the reply Pertska2, the style manager is quite an improvement from manually editing css and php... :)
