That's a custom coded modifaction only available to vBulletin.org and I'm pretty sure they have no plans on releasing it. You may want to put in a request in the Modifactions Requests forum.

It is similar to Amy's mod. The exception is that the additional page needs to use different templates. That is where I am getting jammed up. The templates and phrases are done. Getting them to be used when on the new page is where i am having some issues.

I want to make it so the user can choose which forums use the alternate layout via the acp.

The only other way would be to use conditionals and that can get really messy seeing as you would have multiple templates locked in one.

You can also add f=x (ex: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/index.php?f=109) to only show certain forums on the forumhome.
