I've entered my serial number on several occasions and the system tells me it will take a few minutes to update, but I have still not been approved.

Please advise.

This is known to take a couple hours at most. Make sure both your email address here (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/profile.php?do=editpassword) and here (http://members.vbulletin.com/membersupport_priority.php) are the same. These emails are case sensitive also. ;)

If you have a valid license, but can't get this to work, please contact Jelsoft support at vbulletin.com (support ticket). They are the only ones that can check into the license database and see what is going wrong.
