I have seen a few variations of this, but none that address exactly what I want. I may be using the wrong search string, but I have been looking for weeks now.
I just need a simple modification that will prevent the same member creating a new thread in a particular (advertising) forum in x amount of hours. This is for all members, not certain usergroups. If one exists already for 3.5.*, please head me in right direction.
