Is there a "review' plug in that adds marks out of 10 scores - to make an average?

This would involve:
a master 'review' thread heading
a template 'review post' blank to customise with catagories
A vote 'adder upper' - to calculate and display the average score for each reviewed item..(in the starting master 'review' thread heading)

Does this plug in exist already?
