No Registration Required

I want to make my forums "No Registration Required".

How can I turn registration off?

(If you assume that I am very inexperienced at modifying the templates you will be correct.)

I asume that you could simply turn off registration in your vBulletin option, and set the permissions for guest to view and post on the board.
