A congrats screen or notification (PM) when you reach the next rank.

I'd definitely like this. Either a redirect to a special page (different page defined within forum style for each rank?) after making the post that puts you up a rank, or a PM (different for each rank, or at least with a variable for the rank name?) on the same occasion?

This actually was requested by a few of my site members.

It would be very useful, and also tell them what happened lol instand of noticeing 2 days later that your rank went up :P
