How can I stop poster info being displayed?

I want to make one forum section completely anonymous, no one beside staff can read any info about poster. member just only can read message.

how can i make that??

let say i create anonymous userid.. and i want to replace real poster info before it fecthed to template.

anyone know how to do that?
