How can I stop posting of web addresses?

I don't want users to post non-embedded web links.

For example:


I don't want...

http://www.disney.com/

I'd rather have them use the Insert Link option in the editor like this...

Disney (http://www.disney.com/)

Do you know of a way that I can disallow any post that contains a non-embedded web address?
