Flashchat post announcer

When a new thread is posted in a designated forum I would like a message posted in flashchat announcing the title of the thread and the name of the thread starter.

Does this mod exist or can someone make it?

Thanks, I know one exists for IRC so I was wondering if we could get the same thing for flashchat.
