How can I let users have their own color by default?

I would like to know if there is a way that I can make users have a certain color in their posts etc by default! I have a lot of regulars on my forum who post/chat and they all use a certain color so I was wondering if there is some kinda global setting that I can change to make it so that they will just automatically post in that color by default!
