Looking to setup posts from rec.gambling - Have link to example site

I am trying to setup a forum on pokerdiscussion.net exactly like the forum category for newsgroup posts on http://www.pokerhelper.com/forums/rec-gambling-poker/

Can anyone tell me how to do this please?
