There is one out already (vbtags) But it seems that the author of the hack has gone in active.

It would be really cool to see one that can have as much potential as the top rated tag sites.

There were 2 others I saw on vb.org
BoardTracker -> gives you tagging
there was another hack better coded from amykhar but seems burried under coder forums now :)
