I can't download or see mod

Why after i was actived my account but i can't user mods in forum

MAke sure that the mail address you have registered here at vb.org matches the mail address on the support list of your vB license. The mail address is case-sensitive. Please allow up to 1 hour after an email change to get the status updated.
