OK, I find "access masks" mentioned and see reference to amy's contract and ticket system...
Can anyone point me to the directions for setting access masks?
PPS: (Still getting used to bouncing back and forth between .com and .org) I found it in Documentation (http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/).
