Selectable skins from vB 3.5.x

I'm looking for a hack, which allows members use some skins available from my board not all .

You have posted this in the vB2 section, are you sure you are asking for vB2?

If you ask about vB3.5 as the title could suggest, then this is already standard functionality since at least vB3.
