Is there a Basketball or Football (American) pick em or fantasy hack

I've searched everywhere and I haven't found one. I would have though with as popular as football pick ems or fantasy is and the basketball brakets that there would be a hack for it already.

Is there any interest out there for one or has it been done and I just can't find it? :D
