My navbar

ok as u can see on www.hoodplayaspot.com i have a graphic navbar. This navbar is now full. How would i go about adding a text navbar under it so i can add more stuff?

What resolution is your computer set at because on mine you have nearly half the navbar left to add buttons to :)
