Install hack/points tally hack?

Is the vbulletin.org "install" hack public? Basically i need something that will let a user click something in a post and get a certain value (a score) for it that gets tallied. And the value is set by an admin for certain posts.

Anything I could use to achieve that?

As far as I know it is custom code and hasn't been released for public use.

I remember seeing screenshots of someone developing something very similar though. I can't seem to find that thread at the moment though.

I just found that thread; it's a plug-in for GARS. However, it's not quite what I need, as I need to tally the points and display it in the postbit...

Anyone or ideas on how I could tweak a hack to do this?
