I want to setup a vbulletin forum.But i have some questions.

1)I must pay to make vbulletin forum or is free?
2)How i can make a forum?
3)Why i cant download?I use my nick "durasel" and pass but not accepted..

1) vBulletin is not free, pricing information is fround here (http://www.vbulletin.com/order/)

2) Once purchased, you can access the Members Area (http://members.vbulletin.com/) and download the vBulletin zip file, and following the install instructions

3) The only place to download vBulletin is from the Members Area (http://members.vbulletin.com/), and you need to purchase vBulletin before obtaining a username and password for download.
