How are jackpots given out, Or where can i find some information on this feature. And when playing games do you get points for highscores as well or what?

All Information about that can be found here (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=112821)
Jackpots get paid out when winning a Tournament or when getting a Highscore :)

Is there anyway to not give points unless so many people have played that game.

Nope, that would need one counter per Game which is not implemented - and does not make any sense to me by now ;)
For sure just in the beginning it will be easy to win a Jackpot, but with raising Jackpots this can be made fair

Ok last question, im still kind of unsure how the jackpots work. So if i were to do say static jackpots of 50 points or something. And The person gets a highscore. Does he get 50 points right away or does it take time or the payout. Also does he get points for how many points he got in game for example.
The jackpot is 50, i play a game and i score and get 5000 points. Would the points i get be 50+ another 50 points for something like 10% of 5000. Or would i just get 50 points.
Cause i had the jackpot raising but it was set to 0 each raise and a few people were getting an way to many points. Thanks for your help.

static Jackpot:
you set a value (example: 100) for the Jackpot. This is a fixed value anybody will earn when playing a result that is the current Highscore for that Game.
It has nothing to do with the Score he played or the Costs he paid for playing.
raising Jackpot:
Jackpot starts with 0 and each time a player plays it, the Costs for the Game (example 100) get added to the Jackpot. This means in this example it raises 100, 200, 300 ...
If a player gets the current Highscore, Jackpot gets paid out and restarts at 0.
If you have raising Jackpots make sure to set lower Costs per Play so that the Jackpot won't grow too quick ;)
In the vbPlaza-Settings you can even setup a percentage of how many Costs per Play get added to the Jackpot to reduce its growth
