Ok, so I downloaded ibProArcade 2.5.5+ about 2-3 weeks ago and it's working fine (except few errors while trying to submit score and the fact that I have to manually update Scoreboard leaders every day from ACP) and our members love it. :)
My question is simple, when version 2.5.6+ eventually comes out and I want to install it cause it fixes many bugs, do I lose the high scores and other score stats? Cause I'd hate to see it happen, so would our members.

No, you will not lose any Games, Scores or Stats when upgrading ibProArcade :)

Ok.. Our members want to be SURE that their high scores will remain.
I asked them and they said they want to stick with 2.5.5+ and bugs rather than 2.5.6+ with bug fixes and slight chance of losing high scores. :(
That means I can't upgrade to 2.5.6+ unless you can assure me nothing will go wrong. :( I made a backup of my database but there was some Arcade file thing in the error log, so Im' not sure if I can count on that.
Is it possible to copy those arcade files from FTP (Arcade folder and arcade.php) and upload them back if something goes wrong and it would be working again, with the high scores?

Nobody can ever give you a garantuee. If you want to be 99% sure, create a test duplicate forum, and first perform the upgrade there.

Its not possible because they are stored in the sql database. You need to backup the database if your fuzzy about upgrading. All your doing basically is replacing old files and templates and your not replacing or resetting any values in the sql database. Takes about 2 minutes to upgrade and its recommended that you do it. None of the scores will dissapear.

As always concerning any Hack: before doing anything, DO A BACKUP
Then nothing will go wrong ever ;)

OK. So, I've upgraded it - but, i see the scores but they arent showing up on the King of arcade, and the champion gold silver bronze thing.
So what do I do?

AdminCP -> Score Tools -> rebuild Champions and Best Results

If I donät want to make a full forum backup, which tables should I include just to backup the necessarily data for arcade??
I'm guessing at least:
vbb_games_cats
vbb_games_champs
vbb_games_league
vbb_games_list
vbb_games_savedGames
vbb_games_scores
vbb_games_settings
vbb_tournament_players
vbb_tournament_players_statut
vbb_tournaments
Any more perhaps?
And all I need to upload are all the *.php files? I don't need to upload the *.xml file that I import in the product manager? In other words, I can use the old xml that I used to install 2.5.5+?

downgrade to v2.5.5+ would be by replacing all .php Files again ... if you lost data, just recover the DB-tables you mentioned...
