Highlight if last post is older than some weeks

i was wondering if there is a modification which shows a small info if a user replys in a thread which was the last post let me say 1 month ago ..

so all user see that the thread is an older one (an info line would be good) which shows like

"Last post in this thread was X months ago" before the new post

i hope you understand what i mean
