I can not submit the score because it takes me to the root dir. How can I make it look in the forums director?

That Bug has been fixed for v2.5.6+

You should upgrade to vBulletin 3.5.4 btw ;)

Right but is there a way I can fix it or is 2.5.6 coming out like today?

If you're under pressure you can provide FTP-Access and I can do a quickfix
